SHIPPING TIME-LINES & HOLIDAY ORDERS/DELIVERY: Orders placed before should ship within 3-7 business days. We are usually able to get it out within 3 days, however it may take longer for items out of stock. If you need your order expedited we can accommodate individual requests to receive in time for any special dates. For this please email us at info@disparody.com

It's best to ship to a physical address. No P.O. Boxes please. 

Disparody.com is not responsible nor will it issue refunds for carrier shipping delays that are out of our control. Upon receiving your tracking number, if you discover your delivery date is delayed, we suggest you contact the carrier directly as disparody.com has no control, authority or influence with these carriers. Free Ground Shipping: disparody.com is currently offering free ground shipping on all domestic orders. Typically you will have your product within 3-5 days of it's ship date. 

International orders with free or standard shipping may take 3-12 days to arrive. This does not include potential delays, however in most cases these have been arriving on time. 

Express Shipping: Customers may choose to pay for expedited express shipping but please note, this will only shorten the in transit time frame, so please allot for the 24-48 hours to get your order out. To avoid paying unneeded express shipping costs, you are welcome to email us at info@DisParody.com about particular titles and sizes you are interested in, to get a good indicator as to when it would ship.  

Tracking Your Order: Customers will receive an email with their tracking number when their order ships. Once your package leaves our facility, it is very difficult for disparody.com to assist you with shipping issues or changes, as it's now in the hands of the third party delivery companies. These delivery companies typically require the receiver (that's you) to notify them directly instead of the shipper (that's us). Fed Ex can be reached at 1-800-GO-FedEx and UPS at 800-742-5877. disparody.com is not responsible for any delays from shipping companies. 

Damages: disparody.com makes every effort to package products securely to avoid damages while shipping. All items are insured by disparody.com. If you're not satisfied with your product or it arrives damaged please contact us at info@DisParody.com.

Theft: We encourage customers to track their shipments meticulously and be alert of delivery dates. Remember, orders under $500 do not require a signature and are typically left at the premises. disparody.com is not responsible for theft of delivered orders and unfortunately, our insurance does not cover theft after your package was delivered. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOM DUTY TAXES
Disparody.com free shipping promotion applies to shipments in the domestic United States. Shipping costs will be passed to the customer on any shipments outside the domestic United States. In addition, customers are responsible for any and all Custom duties tax which vary by country.
RETURNS: We strive for customer complete satisfaction. For this reason, if you are not satisfied with your order, please notify us via email at info@DisParody.com within 5 days after receiving your order. We can arrange returns and full refunds on all items with the exception of customized orders, canvases larger than 21"x28" and sale items. We'll even cover the shipping costs to return the order.
